How to report an issue

Email editorial@reelbriefing.com with the page address and a short description of what looks wrong. The more specific you can be — a licence number that doesn't match the register, a feature that's changed, a broken link — the faster we can check it.

What happens next

1. We check the claim against the current UKGC register entry or the operator's own site, whichever is relevant.
2. If the report is correct, we update the page and adjust its "last updated" date to reflect the change.
3. Factual corrections affecting licence data or safety information are prioritised and typically made within five working days of being confirmed.
4. We reply to let you know the outcome, whether or not a change was made.

We don't maintain a public changelog of every minor wording edit, but any correction that affects a fact a reader might rely on — a score, a licence detail, a claim about a game or feature — is made directly on the page concerned.
